Our place is at 3790 Sarai Phoose, over in the Tis Hazari area. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets are quite narrow and crowded with people and carts. Het Singh Prajapati And Sons has been around for a long time, passed down through the family. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a traditional workshop where we handle various types of manual work and trading. The building itself is old, with high ceilings and walls that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time sitting on the floor or at low desks, going through ledgers and talking to people who walk in off the street. There is always a lot of chatter outside from the vendors and the traffic near the courts. It’s a very lively place to be. We don't use much technology besides a basic phone and maybe a small light for the evenings. Most of our business is done through word of mouth and long-standing relationships with people in the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use candles or just wait for the sun to come up more. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just open the doors every morning and see who comes by. It’s been our way of doing things for generations, and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just stay here and work.
