You can find us at 2646-49 on Bank Street, right across from the Rajdeep Hotel in Karol Bagh. It is a very crowded and busy area, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping for things. Being in Karol Bagh means there's always something going on right outside our window. Noise, people shouting, cars honking—it’s just a normal part of the day at Indian Exporters. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We still have big desks covered in stacks of papers and old ledgers. We haven't gone fully digital like some of the newer places in the city have. It just feels better to have things on paper sometimes. We deal with a lot of different people every single day. Some are local residents and some come from very far away. Since we're right opposite the hotel, we get a lot of people just wandering in to see what we are doing. We don't have a flashy entrance or a big lobby. Just a regular door on a very busy street. It gets a bit dusty inside because of all the traffic outside, so we're always cleaning the windows. We aren't a huge corporation with a board of directors. We're just a group of people working hard in a busy part of Delhi. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a big shipment is going out, but we like the energy of the street. It keeps us moving. We’ve been here a long time and know the rhythm of the place.
