Emm Kay Exports (India)

Our place is at 8826/3 in Multani Dhanda. If you know Paharganj, you know it’s one of the most crowded and energetic parts of the city. Emm Kay Exports (India) is right in the middle of all that. The lanes are narrow, so we don't get many big vehicles coming right to the door. Most things have to be moved by hand or on small carts. Our office is small and filled with samples and boxes. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, but we make it work. There’s a ceiling fan that squeaks a little, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. Outside, there are always people shouting and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. It’s never quiet here. We handle the paperwork for shipments and talk to people on the phone all day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the torches. We’ve been in Paharganj for years, so we know all the shortcuts through the alleys. It’s a gritty place, but it has a lot of character. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the building. We keep our records in big ledgers and try to stay on top of the export rules. It's a busy life in a busy neighborhood, but we enjoy being part of the noise.
