Sr Kumar Inc

Our office is in the Smile Chamber, which is at 8/19 Wea in Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and loud it can get. Sr Kumar Inc has been operating out of this building for a good while. The stairs are a bit narrow and there is always someone rushing past you. We have a few rooms where we handle all our paperwork and meet with people. It’s not a huge space, but it works for us. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to messages. We deal with a lot of different things, mostly coordination and making sure everything is in the right place. The neighborhood has everything you could need, from tea stalls to stationery shops, which is handy. We don't really do much marketing or anything like that. Most people find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. It’s an honest way to do things. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the filing. Other days, it’s a total mess of people coming and going. We just try to stay calm and get the work done. The power goes out sometimes, but we just keep going as best as we can. It is a lived-in office with a lot of history and plenty of work still left to do.
