Shivam (India) International

Shivam (India) International is based at 4596/1, Prem Bhawan-Ii in Darya Ganj. Darya Ganj is one of those places in Delhi that never really sleeps. There’s always someone moving something or a cart going by. Our office is in an older building called Prem Bhawan. It has those high ceilings and thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the summer, though we still need the fans going full blast. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly involving paperwork and coordinating with people far away. The desks are crowded with folders and old phones. We aren't a big corporate firm with glass walls. We’re just a small team trying to keep track of everything. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and narrow, which is a bit of a workout every morning. We get our lunch from the street vendors outside because the food in Darya Ganj is actually pretty good. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our daily life. We don’t have any grand slogans. We just try to get the work done and make sure the files are in the right place before we lock up for the night.
