S. A. Handicrafts

S. A. Handicrafts is based at 7/20 Ansari Road in Daryaganj. If you know Daryaganj, you know it’s a place full of history and old buildings. Our shop is right in the middle of all that. It’s been here for years, and the walls are probably older than anyone working here. We deal with handicrafts, so the place is always full of boxes, paper, and the items themselves. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend our days talking to suppliers and packing things up for people. The street outside is always busy with people and carts, especially on the weekends. It’s a bit loud, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just a ground-floor space where we get the work done. My grandfather started this kind of work, and we just kept it going because it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the handicrafts we sell are decent. It’s a simple life on Ansari Road. We have our regulars who stop by for a chat, and we like that. It’s about being part of the neighborhood and doing what we’ve always done.
