Ruby Tuesday (Connaught Place)

Connaught Place is a landmark, and we are right in the middle of it at M-48. If you know the layout of CP, you know the M-Block is a pretty central spot. Being in this part of New Delhi means we deal with everyone from tourists to locals who have been coming here for decades. The white pillars and the circular roads give the place a specific feel that you don't find anywhere else. Our restaurant has been here through a lot of changes in the city. Inside, it’s just a place to escape the heat or the rain for a bit. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just open up in the morning, get the kitchen ready, and start the day. CP is always loud and full of life, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We see people meeting up for all sorts of reasons—old friends, business deals, or just families out for the day. It’s a lot of steps to keep it all clean and running right. We are just one of the many businesses in the circle. It’s a busy life, but we are used to it by now. The winters are nice when people want to sit inside, and the summers are just a rush for cold water. We’ve been here long enough that the address is easy to find for anyone walking through the block.
