Royal Casing Co. is located in Rattan House, which is part of the Model Basti Industrial Area. If you come looking for us, look for 10169/1. It’s a bit of a maze back here with all the other small factories and warehouses. We deal in casings, and it’s a trade that requires a lot of patience and physical effort. The building is old, and it has that particular character that comes with years of use. We have stacks of bins and people moving around constantly. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find air conditioning or soft carpets. It’s concrete floors and work clothes. I spend a lot of my time checking the shipments that come in. My workers have their own way of doing things, and I don't interfere too much as long as the job gets done. We’ve been in Model Basti for a long time, and we know most of the neighbors. Sometimes we share tools or help each other out with logistics. It’s a tight-knit spot despite the dust and the grime. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the customers get their casings on time so they can do their own business. It's a simple circle. We keep the books in a drawer and answer the landline when it rings.
