Rose Mount (Pvt) Ltd.

We have been working out of our office at 401, Arunachal Bhawan for quite a while now. 19 Barakhamba Road is a busy spot, and you can usually hear the traffic even up on the fourth floor. Rose Mount (Pvt) Ltd. is just a group of us who come in every morning, deal with the files, and try to get things sorted before the day ends. It’s not a fancy place, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs, which is good for the legs I guess. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we stay right here. People ask us what it's like working in such a crowded part of the city, and honestly, you just get used to it. The tea guy downstairs knows exactly how we like our chai, which makes the afternoons better. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and there’s always a stack of folders that needs looking at. It's just a regular workplace where everyone knows each other's names and we focus on the tasks at hand. We don't really have big speeches about what we do. We just show up at Arunachal Bhawan, handle the business, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple routine that works for us and keeps us busy enough.
