Reinol Obstfeld International

Our office is at B-1/4 on Pusa Road, which is a fairly central spot that most people in this part of town know pretty well. It’s a decent building, though the elevator has a habit of being slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs to get to work. Reinol Obstfeld International isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people; it’s a smaller group of us working in a space that feels more like a home than an office. We’ve got some plants by the window that we try to keep alive, though they look a bit sad during the winter months. The desks are covered in folders and notes written on scraps of paper because we still like to write things down by hand sometimes. Pusa Road is always active, and we can hear the metro passing by every now and then, which gives the place a bit of a rhythm. We don't have a strict dress code or a big manual on how to behave; we just show up, do what needs to be done, and help each other out when someone gets overwhelmed. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to catch up on, and we usually end up ordering some food and sitting around talking. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we don’t feel the need to pretend to be anything more than a local business trying to keep things moving.
