Quality Packers And Moulders is located at 487/D-103 in the industrial area. It’s exactly what it sounds like—a big space filled with molds and packing materials. We spend our days dealing with plastic, heat, and shipping crates. The industrial area is always loud and dusty, but it’s where we belong. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stories about us. We just make parts and pack things up for other businesses. Some days the machines run perfectly, and other days we’re under them with a wrench trying to fix a leak. It’s a practical life. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the dimensions are right and the orders go out without mistakes. The office is just a corner of the warehouse with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. People come to us when they need something specific made. We don't use big words to describe our process. We just show them the molds and tell them how long it will take. It’s a bit cramped in the loading bay sometimes, especially when the big lorries come in. We’ve stayed in this unit for a long time because it works for us. It’s just us, the machines, and a lot of hard work every day. It's what we do.
