Phenomena Overseas

We've been at this Karol Bagh spot on Faiz Road for a while now. It's a busy area, but we like it here. Phenomena Overseas is just us working through the daily orders and making sure stuff gets where it needs to go. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the traffic outside, but that's just part of being in this part of Delhi. We handle mostly export stuff, trying to keep things moving. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking boxes, honestly. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the job done. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just focus on what's in front of us each morning. Usually, the day starts with tea and a look at the emails. We try to be fair with people we deal with. It's just a regular business, trying to stay steady. We don't have some big flashy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. Karol Bagh is a good place for us because everything is close by. We’ve known the neighbors for years. If you’re looking for 16/121-122, we’re right there. It’s not hard to find if you know the road. We just keep our heads down and work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just a job like any other. Some days we leave early, some days we stay late. That's life.
