Palace Overseas

Down at 1570 Main Bazar, that’s where Palace Overseas is located. Paharganj is a crazy place to work, but we’ve gotten used to it. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the tea sellers and the other shopkeepers nearby. Our day usually starts with sweeping the dust from the street out of the entrance. We handle a lot of shipments going to different countries. It’s a lot of packing tape and cardboard boxes around here. The office isn't much to look at, just some sturdy tables and old chairs. We keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty to get a breeze. It’s a humble setup but it works for what we need. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just focus on the physical work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how everything works. It’s a busy life in the bazar, but there’s a good energy to it. You never know who is going to walk through the door next. We keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or fancy suits, just everyday work in the heart of Delhi.
