Our place is in Daryaganj, specifically at 4832/24 on Ansari Road. If you know Delhi at all, you know that Daryaganj is always packed with people. It is a maze of old buildings, bookshops, and small offices crammed together. We are tucked away in one of those older buildings. It is definitely not a shiny new glass tower. The stairs are quite narrow, and the walls have seen better days. We handle various natural products from this location. It is mostly office work and some small-scale storage in the back rooms. We spend our days talking to suppliers and customers on the phone. It is always loud outside with the traffic and the street vendors shouting. We do not have a big fancy showroom for people to walk through. It is just a simple room with some wooden shelves showing the items we have available. Most of our business is done through old-fashioned phone calls and personal visits from people we have known for years. We have been in this exact spot for a long time, and we like being in the heart of the city, even if it is a bit chaotic and loud. Our team is very small, just a handful of us who have worked together for ages. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is spotty or the courier is late, but that is life.
