Our place is at 5049 Chaman Ganj, right off Roshanara Road. It’s a busy part of the city, always trucks moving in and out and people carrying things. Mwc Exports has been here for years. The building is older, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different export items. The ground floor is mostly storage and packing. Up on the next level is where we do the paperwork. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic outside. We don't really have a front desk or anything fancy. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone taping up a box or checking a list. We have a small crew and most of them have been with us for a long time. We know the local drivers and the guys at the post office by name. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes around. The days are long sometimes, especially when we have a big shipment going out to the port. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure they leave on time. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. That's just how we do things here in Chaman Ganj. We keep it practical and don't worry too much about appearances.
