Lotte Mart India Liaison Office

Working at the Lotte Mart India Liaison Office keeps us right in the heart of things. We are on the Upper Ground Floor of Mercantile House, which is No. 4 on K.G. Marg. If you know Connaught Place, you know it’s always crowded and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the connecting happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing emails to coordinate between different departments. Since we are a liaison office, we are basically the bridge. It can get a bit hectic when the traffic on K.G. Marg is backed up and people are late for meetings. Inside, it’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space for logistics and making sure everyone is on the same page. The building itself, Mercantile House, has been around for a while, so it has that older Delhi feel to it. We get our lunch from the local spots around CP, which is one of the perks of being in this area. Sometimes the power flickers or the air conditioning needs a bit of a kick to stay running, but we manage. It’s just a busy group of people trying to keep things moving smoothly between our different branches. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our afternoon breaks.
