Khushboo Agarbathi

Khushboo Agarbathi is located on the second floor at 11-B/1, Main Pusa Road. This is a very busy part of Delhi, and finding a parking spot near our building is always a bit of a challenge for us. Our workspace is essentially a series of rooms where we store, scent, and pack incense sticks. As soon as you step inside, you’re hit with a very strong fragrance of sandalwood and jasmine. It’s a stark contrast to the smell of traffic and dust from the road downstairs. We have a small team of people who spend their hours carefully sorting the sticks and putting them into colorful boxes. It’s a quiet environment, mostly just the sound of plastic rustling and people talking softly as they work. We don't have a large showroom where you can browse products; it's more of a distribution point and a simple office. Most of our orders come in over the phone from various shops. The furniture is old and basic, and there are stacks of cardboard boxes in almost every corner. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, the whole place feels a bit cramped. We don’t do any big advertising campaigns or anything flashy to get attention. Making sure the quality of the scent is consistent and getting the orders out on time is what we do. It’s a steady routine that we’ve followed for years now. We like the work we do here.
