H. C. Inc (India)

Being in Darya Ganj means there is always something going on outside our door. H. C. Inc (India) is tucked away at 1937, Kucha Chellan, Darya Ganj,. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know how old and narrow the lanes are. Our building has that old Delhi feel to it, with thick walls and some steep stairs. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re a stranger, but we’ve been here for years. Inside the office, it smells a bit like old paper and tea. We have stacks of documents everywhere because that’s just how we work. H. C. Inc (India) is a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. We don't have a big HR department or fancy software for everything. We use what works and we stick to it. Darya Ganj is a hub for so many trades, so we feel right at home in the middle of the chaos. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the noise of the street vendors outside, but we’re used to it. We take our breaks when we can and usually send someone out to get snacks for the whole group. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We just want to get through the day's work at 1937, Kucha Chellan without any major headaches. It’s just us doing our bit. No big deal.
