We are located in the Flatted Factory Complex at Jhandewalan, specifically in block B-37. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always noise and people moving things around. We’ve been set up in this unit for a while, doing the daily work of running the business. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we keep things organized—or try to, at least. Most of the day is spent checking on orders and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The complex is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. We share the space with a lot of other units, so it’s always got that working atmosphere. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We’ve stayed in Jhandewalan because it’s convenient for getting stuff moved in and out. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do here. We just show up, handle the inventory, and go home. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea or looking through some boxes. It’s a plain place, but it’s where we do all our work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive, but we manage. Just a regular business in an old factory building. We’ve got piles of stock and a few desks, and that's enough for us to get by.
