Gold Line Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based at D-18 in Connaught Place. Being in CP means we are right in the heart of the city. D-block is one of those classic areas with the big white columns and the wide corridors. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, which we actually like. It has high ceilings and the windows let in a bit of the noise from the street below. We don't have a lot of modern furniture. Most of our desks are heavy wood and we have some old metal cabinets for our paperwork. We’ve been at D-18 for quite some time now. Gold Line Impex Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about managing the import and export side of things, so there’s always a lot of phone calls and documents to deal with. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished website. We just do our business the way we always have. Sometimes the office feels a bit cluttered with all the files, but we know where everything is. We take our tea breaks together and usually talk about things other than work. It’s a decent place to work, despite being in such a busy part of Delhi. CP always has something going on, but once you step inside D-18, it feels like its own little world. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just do what we do.
