Combiad Motors

If you find yourself walking down Padam Singh Road in Karol Bagh, you might run into us at 10175/16. Combiad Motors is basically just a group of us working on engines and parts in this busy part of Delhi. It’s always crowded outside with people and traffic, which is pretty typical for this neighborhood. We’ve seen the shops around us change over the years, but we’re still here doing our thing. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or we’d never find anything. It gets dusty, and there is usually grease on someone’s hands. We handle a lot of different motor issues throughout the week. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a backlog of things to look at. We don't really do fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them where we were. We drink a lot of tea while we talk over what needs to be fixed. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We try to keep things moving so customers aren't waiting too long for their vehicles. You get used to the noise of the street after a while. It’s just how life is here in Karol Bagh. We just keep our heads down and work on the motors until the day is done.
