Neha Auto Trader is situated in Karol Bagh at Plot No 1895, right in Gali No 45 of Nai Wala. If you know this area, you know it is the heart of the auto parts trade in Delhi. Our shop is one of many in these narrow lanes, and we spend most of our time dealing with various vehicle components. Gali 45 can get very congested, especially when trucks are trying to unload new stock. We deal with traders and mechanics who are always looking for something specific. The walls are lined with parts, and there is often grease on the counters because that's just the nature of the auto business. It is a very hands-on job. We aren't interested in looking polished or professional in a corporate way. We just want to get the right parts into the hands of the people who need them. The days are long, and the air is filled with the smell of engine oil and rubber. Being at Plot 1895 means we are right in the thick of it. We see a lot of different people every day, from local bike owners to big traders from out of town. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of searching through piles of boxes. That is how life goes here in Nai Wala. We just keep at it, day after day, year after year. It's just us and the car parts in this little lane.
