It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just talk like we always do. If someone needs a part, we look for it. If we don't have it, we say so. It is a straightforward way of doing things. The street outside is always humming with the sound of engines and people shouting. We are just one small part of that big picture. Most of the time we are busy unloading new arrivals or helping a customer who is in a hurry. We don't really have a philosophy or a grand vision. We just want to do our job at United Auto Centre and go home at the end of the day. It is a simple life for us. The address 1803/52 has become like a second home to everyone who works here. We are just regular folks who have been around for a long time now. You can usually hear the radio playing in the background while we work.
