You can find us over at the Victoria Shopping Centre in Karol Bagh. We are in unit 101, which is part of the 4/55 WEA area. It’s a very crowded part of Delhi, and the noise from the market downstairs never really stops. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good while. Our day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be shipped out next. The rooms are filled with samples and packing materials. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling because space is tight in this building. The elevators are often slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. Our team is small, just a few people who have been working together for years. We know the export business can be a bit of a headache with all the documents and customs stuff, but we’ve learned how to handle it over time. We don’t have a big mission statement or a polished website. We just focus on getting the products packed and sent out on time. Sometimes the courier is late or there’s a mix-up with the labels, and we just spend the afternoon fixing it. It’s honest, busy work in the heart of a very hectic neighborhood. People know us here, and we like being part of the Karol Bagh chaos.
