Aa Fine Carats is situated in Karol Bagh, which everyone knows is the heart of the jewelry trade in Delhi. We’re in Bhavy Gold Plaza on Gali Number 6-7 in Naiwala. It’s a lower ground floor spot, so it’s right in the middle of all the action. Karol Bagh is always a bit of a madhouse with the cars and the shoppers, but inside the plaza, it’s all about the gold. We deal with carats and fine pieces every single day. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just second nature now. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s packed with stuff. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. You’ll usually find us with a cup of tea, looking over some new designs or checking the current market rates. It’s a tough business because things change so fast, but we just take it one day at a time. Being in Naiwala means we’re surrounded by other people doing the same thing, so there’s a real sense of community even if we’re all competing. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just open up the shop, handle the jewelry, and talk to whoever walks in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We're just a small part of this big market.
