We are located at Survey Number 123/1 on Nandura Road in Sangrampur. This is part of the Buldhana district. Growwise Agroharvest India Private Limited is the name we chose, but we are really just a local agro business trying to keep things running. Being on Nandura Road makes it easy for trucks and transport to find us, which is important when you are dealing with harvests. It is a practical location. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy stuff in our office. It is mostly just desks, some chairs, and a lot of talk about crops. The weather in Sangrampur dictates how our day goes. If it is raining, we are doing paperwork and planning. If it is dry, we are out checking on things. We decided to go the private limited route because it suited our structure, but our heart is still in the soil. We deal with the everyday realities of farming in Maharashtra. It is not always easy, and there are many long days where things don't go as planned. But that is just how this business works. We keep our doors open for the people we work with and try to stay organized.
