Our company is Deulgaon Mahi Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located at 1208, right in the Vitthal Mandir Parisar in Deolgaon Raja, Buldhana. Being so close to the temple, we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy area. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to organize ourselves. We don't have a corporate office. Our space at 1208 is where we handle the administrative stuff. Most of our time is spent out in the fields around Deulgaon Mahi. We talk about what’s growing and what we need for the next season. It’s not very formal at all. We just sit around and discuss things while we have our tea. Sometimes the noise from the temple area makes it hard to hear, but we don't mind. We aren't looking for any awards or big fame. We just want to make sure that our farming stays profitable so we can support our families. It’s a lot of physical labor and the sun can be quite harsh in Buldhana. We help each other out with the heavy work. If someone’s tractor is broken, someone else steps in. That’s why we have this company. It’s about not being alone in the struggle. We just keep our heads down and do our work every day. We don't have any fancy brochures to show you, just our real life here.
