We are based out of a small village called Diha in the Nalhati area of Birbhum. Our office is set up through Palash SK. It’s a very quiet place to run a business like Posvo Technology India Private Limited. You wouldn't expect a technology company to be tucked away here, but it works for us. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment. The surrounding area is mostly green fields and local homes. It’s a far cry from the noisy traffic of a big city. We get to work without much distraction. The internet can be a bit tricky sometimes, so we’ve learned to be patient. Most of us grew up nearby or have lived here for a long time. We treat each other more like neighbors than coworkers. We do various tech jobs, mostly helping people with digital stuff they can't handle themselves. There’s no dress code here. We just show up and get to it. Sometimes we take our breaks outside to get some fresh air. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth. It's just a small operation in a rural part of West Bengal, trying to do decent work for whoever needs it. Our desks are a bit mismatched, gathered from different places over time, but they hold our computers just fine for what we do.
