I’m sitting here in our office near Fiza Complex in Bharsala Para, thinking about how we started Srt Techno Pvt. Ltd. It’s been quite a ride since we first set up in Birbhum. Most days, it’s just us dealing with whatever technical stuff comes through the door. People usually find us easily because we’re right by the complex. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Some mornings are quiet, and then by afternoon, it’s a bit of a mess with cables and parts everywhere. We’ve been around this part of West Bengal for a while now. Most of the people working here grew up nearby, so we know the neighbors. It’s not like those big city firms where nobody knows your name. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether it's software or hardware issues people bring in. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world; we just want to keep the equipment running for the folks around here. If you walk past the complex, you’ll likely see one of us outside grabbing tea. It’s a simple setup, really. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things get cluttered when we’re busy. We just keep our heads down and work on what’s in front of us. It’s just how things go at Srt Techno.
