Shana International School

Shana International School is located in JNV Colony in Bikaner. If you know the area, it is a pretty well-known spot. We have been here for a bit, and the neighborhood is usually quite calm, which is nice for a school. Bikaner is a place with a lot of history, and we just feel like a small part of the local life here. The teachers and the office staff are mostly locals. We spend a lot of time just getting through the daily schedule. It is not a fancy operation, just a regular school where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the sand gets everywhere—that is just Bikaner for you—but we keep the classrooms as clean as we can. We have parents dropping by often to talk about their kids or to pay fees. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, the people who work here every day. We know the names of the kids and their families. When the bell rings at the end of the day, it gets loud for a bit, and then it goes back to being quiet. We like the routine of it all. It is a practical place to work and for kids to learn. We just show up, do our work, and go home, just like everyone else in JNV Colony. There is not much more to it than that, honestly. It works for us.
