The building itself is functional and plain. We don't have any fancy decorations or corporate styling. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the administrative office and the lecture halls. We spend our mornings checking the attendance and making sure the instructors have what they need for the day. Since it’s an industrial zone, the sounds of trucks passing by are quite common. We’ve got a small area where staff can sit and have their lunch. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We don't talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on the schedule and making sure the students are where they need to be. Life in Bikaner moves at its own pace, especially in an area like Bichwal. We just keep the gates open and handle the daily grind of running a training college. It’s honest work, and we are just regular people doing our jobs in a dusty corner of Rajasthan.
