Poineer Commercel Institute

Poineer Commercel Institute is located at house number 34 in Jawahar Nagar, right on the main road here in Bikaner. It’s an easy place to spot if you are driving through the neighborhood. The building is a regular house that we’ve converted into a space for learning. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and some older desks. Since we are on the main road, it can get a bit noisy with the bikes and cars passing by, but we don't mind it much. We focus on subjects related to commerce, so there is a lot of talk about accounts and numbers going on. We have piles of ledgers and practice books scattered around. The walls are mostly bare, except for maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. In Bikaner, the heat can be something else, so we make sure the fans are working well before the students arrive. People from around Jawahar Nagar know us as the place where you go to get your accounts sorted out. We don't use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned teaching and a lot of practice. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during the evening when it’s a bit cooler. It’s a very relaxed, local vibe. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. We just keep our heads down and help whoever walks through the door with their commerce questions.
