You can find Kisan Hitkari Producer Company Limited at the home of Dharmender Singh, who is the son of Gulab Singh. We are located in Village Kanhra. It’s a typical village setup where the business and the home life kind of blend together. We don’t have a separate office building with a sign outside. Most people in Kanhra know where Dharmender lives, so they just come by if they need something. We focus on helping the farmers in our circle get better results from their land. It’s not always easy because the weather is unpredictable and costs keep going up. Being a producer company means we try to buy things in bulk to save money. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a big team of sales people. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things running. The name Hitkari means we want to do something good for the farmers, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We just sit in the courtyard and talk about what seeds to use or when to sell the harvest.
