Aqdas Qamar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out on Behat Road. We are located at Furkaan's place in Shahpur. It’s right on the main stretch so it's not hard to find us if you’re driving through. We are a group of farmers who got together to form this company. We do a bit of everything related to farming in this area. It's a local thing, mostly run by people who have lived here forever. Furkaan is usually around to help with whatever is going on. We don't have a big staff or a fancy headquarters. It’s just a practical spot for us to organize our work. Behat Road gets busy, but we like being where the action is. We handle the seeds, the harvests, and all the little things in between. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on the fields. We didn't want a corporate sounding name, so we went with Aqdas Qamar. It’s a simple operation. We talk to the neighbors and the other farmers every day. There’s no marketing team here, just us. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the crops are looked after. It’s a modest way of doing business, but it works for us. Everyone here knows each other and we trust the process. We spend our mornings planning and our afternoons out in the dirt. That is how life goes on Behat Road. We just keep doing what we've always done, just more organized now.
