Truptee Restaurant

You can find Truptee Restaurant inside the Hotel Padma Complex at 67 Kalpana Square. We are right there in Budh Nagar, which is usually a pretty busy area. Our place is not very big, and it’s tucked into the complex, but we’ve been here quite a while. We serve the people staying in the hotel and also the locals who walk in from the street. The furniture is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We don't have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. The kitchen is small, so you can often hear the pots clanking from the dining area. We aren't trying to be a fancy destination. It’s just a place to get a meal when you are hungry. Sometimes the service is a little slow when we get a sudden rush, but we do our best to catch up. We handle the shopping ourselves, picking out vegetables from the market nearby every morning. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Kalpana Square. We know most of our regulars by name, and they know us. There are no corporate rules here, just us trying to keep the place going and making sure people leave with a full stomach. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t change it for anything. We just keep cooking and serving.
