The Zest A/C Restaurant

If you are walking around Rupali Square in Saheed Nagar, you might have seen our place. The Zest A/C Restaurant is where we spend all our time. We wanted a place where the air conditioning actually works because it gets so hot outside. It’s a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen some use, but it’s comfortable enough. We don't have a head chef with a tall hat, just a few cooks who have been with us since we opened. The kitchen gets loud during the lunch rush, and sometimes the waiters have to run to keep up. We try to keep things tidy, though it gets a bit messy when it’s crowded. We don't do fancy plating or use ingredients nobody can pronounce. It’s just regular food that tastes like it should. Being near the square means we get all sorts of people coming in. Some stay for a long time just to cool off, and that is fine by us. We aren't part of some big chain. It is just a local spot we run ourselves. Sometimes the music is a bit loud or a lightbulb flickers, but we fix things as we go. It’s a real place for real people to sit down and eat without any fuss. We just keep the doors open and the AC running for whoever walks in. It’s not much, but it’s ours and we like it here. It is just a regular restaurant for regular folks.
