Shri Bajrang Catering

You can find Shri Bajrang Catering at C/38 in the Market Building at Bomikhal. We are located right near the Durga Mandap in Sahid Nagar, which is a very busy part of town. The market building is always full of people, and our small space is usually packed with bags of rice and crates of vegetables. We don't have a fancy dining area; we just focus on the cooking part of the business. It is a very loud environment with all the vendors shouting outside and the sound of traffic from the main road. We spend a lot of our time haggling with the suppliers in the same building to get the best ingredients we can find that day. Sahid Nagar is a good location, but the parking is a nightmare, so we have to be very quick when we are loading our delivery bikes. The kitchen gets incredibly hot because the ventilation isn't the best in these old market buildings. We don't have a big marketing plan or a social media page. We just rely on the fact that we have been in Bomikhal for a long time and local people know where to find us. It’s a lot of manual labor, cleaning floor mats and scrubbing large pans until they shine. We just take one day at a time and try to get the food out before the customers get impatient.
