D R Catering Services

We are located at 247 on the ground floor over on Ravi Talkies Road. It’s a busy enough street most days with a lot of cars going by. D R Catering Services is basically just us doing what we know how to do, which is cooking. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most people in the neighborhood recognize the door. It isn't a huge operation or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings getting the big pots ready and checking the supplies that come in. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and it throws the whole schedule off but we manage to get things done anyway. The floor can get a bit slippery when we are deep into the work so we have to be careful. It’s just regular food for regular events. We don’t have a fancy office or a secretary to take calls, usually someone just picks up the phone while they are busy with something else. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons so we keep the shutters halfway down sometimes. It’s just how we run things here. There’s always a lot of washing up to do at the end of the day which nobody really likes but it is part of the job. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't always easy but we keep going because it’s what we have always done.
