You can find us on the 8th floor of the OCHC Complex. We are in Kharvel Nagar, right near the Ram Mandir. It is a good spot in Bhubaneshwar because we can see a lot of the city from up here. Even though we are on the 8th floor, we are not some unreachable corporate office. We are just a group of people who know a lot about buildings. Ideaz Architectural Consultants is the name on the door, but we mostly just go by Ideaz. We spend our days drawing, looking at maps, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with construction. It can be a bit boring for some, but we enjoy the puzzle of it. The lift in this building can be slow sometimes, so you have to be patient if you come to visit. We do not have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with expensive magazines. Usually, you will just see us hunched over our desks. We have been working in Kharvel Nagar for quite a while now. We know the local rules and how things get done in this city. We do not try to impress anyone with big words or complicated theories. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and useful. It is a living and we take it one day at a time. That is how we operate.
