Ar.Bipsa Patnaik

My name is Bipsa Patnaik and I run my architecture practice from Chandrasekharpur. The office is at S-2/633 in Niladri Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area, right near the Saraswati Sishu Mandir School. I’ve been working as an architect in Bhubaneshwar 751021 for a bit now. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers. I don't have a giant firm with a front desk. Most people just call me directly or come by the house office. I spend a lot of time drawing up plans for local houses or checking on construction sites around the neighborhood. It can be a bit tiring with the heat and the traffic, but I enjoy seeing things being built. My desk is usually covered in site maps, pens, and coffee cups. I don't believe in over-complicating designs. I try to make sure buildings have enough light and air, which is important around here. Some days are spent arguing with contractors and other days are spent quietly sketching at my table. I like being near the school because it’s a good landmark for people to find me. It’s a local life and I like the pace of it. I've been here for years and hope to stay.
