Private Architectural Projects

We run things out of 32-B Lic Colony in Cuttack. It’s a quiet enough area in Cda Sector-6, which is good when you’re trying to focus on technical drawings and local regulations. Private Architectural Projects is really just about getting the job done without too much fuss or unnecessary noise. We handle a lot of different things, mostly houses and local spots that need a proper plan before the digging starts. Tapaswini Mohapatra started this to help people around here get their ideas down on paper so the builders actually know what to do. It’s easy to get lost in the details when you’re building something, so we spend a lot of time checking and re-checking the measurements. We don’t have a big shiny office with receptionists and fancy chairs. It’s more of a workspace where you’ll see piles of paper and rolls of blueprints everywhere. Some days are slow, and some days everyone needs their plans finished by yesterday. We just take it as it comes. Living and working in Cuttack means we know how the local climate affects buildings, so we try to keep that in mind. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. If you need a plan for a project, we sit down, talk about it, and then get to work. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just regular work for regular people.
