Architectural Consultancy Firm

Our firm is set up at Plot No Ga 10 in Niladri Vihar, within the Sailashree Vihar area. We’re right near Buddha Park, which is a nice landmark for people who aren’t familiar with these streets. The office itself is a practical workspace where we spend our days dealing with various building plans and consultancy tasks. It’s not a high-end studio with modern art on the walls. It’s more of a place where people wear comfortable clothes and focus on the technical side of things. We have several tables pushed together and plenty of shelves for our reference books. Being in Bhubaneshwar, specifically near the park, gives us a bit of a calm spot in the city. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and the neighborhood knows us. We don’t run a lot of ads or have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are and what we do. It’s a very hands-on environment. You’ll often hear the sound of printers or people discussing structural details over a cup of coffee. We keep a fairly regular routine, showing up in the morning and staying until the day’s work is sorted. There’s nothing particularly exciting about our office decor, but it serves our purposes well. We just want to do a solid job on the projects we take on without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate rules.
