D'Arc Architects

We’ve been working out of Niladri Vihar for a while now. D'Arc Architects is based right on Niladri Vihar Road, specifically at Ga-185. It’s a busy spot near Central School, so there’s always something happening outside. We mostly handle building plans and blueprints for people around Bhubaneshwar. It started with a small desk and just grew from there. We aren't a big firm with fancy lobbies, just a group of us who know how to draw and plan houses. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with rolls of paper and rulers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. People come by when they want to start a new project or if they’re stuck on a renovation. We try to be practical about things. If a wall doesn't need to be there, we'll tell you. Living and working here in 751021 feels right because we know the local ground and what the weather does to buildings. We don't use big words to explain things; we just show you what works on paper and how it will look in real life. If you're driving down towards the school, you’ll see our sign. It’s not hard to find us. We spend most of our days looking at sites or sitting at the computer trying to get the angles right. It’s honest work and we like doing it here in our neighborhood.
