Rath Architectonic

You can find Rath Architectonic over at Plot No-104 in Madhusudan Nagar. We are located in Unit-Iv, which is a decent space for what we do. The office is usually a bit of a disaster zone with rolls of paper and half-finished models sitting on every flat surface. We don't really go for that clean, empty look you see in magazines because we are actually working here. Madhusudan Nagar is a good area to be in, and being at Plot 104 means we’re easy to spot once you get into the neighborhood. We spend our days staring at computer screens or sketching out new ideas for buildings. It’s a small operation. We handle the design stuff and try to stay on top of all the little details that come with architectural work. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it’s just the sound of clicking mice and the plotter running in the corner. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you’re just going to get one of us. We talk to people about their houses or their shops and try to get a plan down that works for their budget. The office feels like a workshop most of the time. We have a lot of books on the shelves that we actually use for reference. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it suits us just fine for now.
