Vigyataa India Foundation

Our foundation operates out of Flat 504 in Block 4, Wing N-A-Regal, located in Town Khajuri. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite peaceful most of the day. The flat isn't very big, so we’ve had to be smart about how we arrange the furniture. We have three desks in the main room and a lot of shelving for our books and files. The kitchen area serves as our break room where we eat lunch together. It’s a simple setup, really. We wanted a place that felt more like a home than a corporate office, and this fits the bill. There’s a small balcony where we keep some dried herbs and a few chairs. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, adding a bit of life to the place. We don't have any fancy technology, just some basic computers and a printer that sometimes jams. Every morning, one of us opens up the windows to let the air in. We spend our time planning and talking to people on the phone. It’s a quiet life here in Khajuri, but we stay busy. We don't have any big banners or advertisements outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the Regal block. It’s just us doing our bit from a fifth-floor apartment. It feels right for the kind of work we do.
