Anuchit Jati Janjati Kalyan Avam Sahayta Sangh

Our office is located at 494, right in front of the old Vidhan Sabha building in M.P. It's an easy place to spot because of the landmark. Anuchit Jati Janjati Kalyan Avam Sahayta Sangh has been here for a good while. The building is a bit older, which fits the neighborhood. We don't have a lot of modern bells and whistles. We have some old desks and a lot of paper. People come in and out all day. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially in the mornings. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so we tidy up ourselves. It feels more like a home than an office. We drink tea and discuss what needs to happen next. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. We all just do what is necessary. Being across from the old Vidhan Sabha means there is always traffic and people around. It keeps things interesting. We don't spend our time on fancy mission statements. We just try to help folks who walk through the door at 494. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority for us right now. We'd rather focus on the help we provide. It’s a busy, messy, real place. That is just how we like to run things here in the heart of M.P. We are just a group of regular people doing our best with what we have.
