Thakur Shree Giriraj Sewa Foundation

You can find Thakur Shree Giriraj Sewa Foundation over at 293, LIG II, in Sector B of Scheme No 71. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually pretty calm around here compared to the center of town. Our office is just one of the units in the block. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of old furniture and stacks of files. We aren’t the type of place that cares about having the newest gadgets or a designer interior. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to sit. The staff here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work through our tasks. Being in Sector B means we have a nice little community around us. We see the same faces every day, and that’s nice. It keeps us feeling connected to the place. We don’t have a big board of directors or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the foundation’s work gets done. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to work. We like the simplicity of Scheme No 71. It’s home for our foundation.
