If you look for us, we’re at House Number 01 in the Vindhya Retreat area. It’s off Chuna Bhatti on Kolar Road in Bhopal. It’s a pretty nice part of town, actually. The retreat makes it sound like a fancy hotel, but we’re just in a regular house that we use for the foundation’s work. Roadvarta is the name we use. We spend a lot of time thinking about the local community here in Huzur. The office is basically a few rooms converted into workspace. We have a big table where we all sit and talk about what’s next. It’s not a very formal environment. Most of us are friends or have known each other for a long time. Bhopal is a city with a lot of history, and being out here on Kolar Road gives us a bit of space away from the very center of the city. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us and our address. Sometimes we work late into the evening, and you can hear the crickets outside. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just focusing on our little slice of it here in Madhya Pradesh. It’s just us doing what we think is right every day without any big fanfare.
