We are located right near the bus stand in Bahoriband, over in Katni. If you know the area, it's pretty busy most days with people coming and going from the buses. Krishneshwer Gupta’s place is where we handle everything. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we sit and get things done. Some days the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We started this association because we saw a lot of folks around here needing a bit of a hand with small things. It's mostly just a few of us working through the paperwork and talking to people who walk in. We don’t have a big team or anything. It's just local work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit outside and wait it out. That's just how things are in Katni. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing stuff down in registers. It’s practical work. People know where to find us because the bus stand is such a landmark. If you are ever passing through Bahoriband, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s not a big corporation, just us doing what we can from this little corner. We like the local feel here.
