Quest Hire Foundation

Quest Hire Foundation is based at House No. 173 in Rachana Nagar, which is in the Govindpura area of Bhopal. It’s a typical neighborhood house that we’ve turned into a workspace. You won't find any corporate logos or glass partitions here. Instead, there are a few desks pushed against the walls and some chairs for people who come in to talk about work. Govindpura is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside on the street. Inside, we are usually busy looking through applications or making phone calls to help people find positions. It’s a simple process, but it takes a lot of time and patience. We don’t use any complicated software or have a big HR department. It’s just us and our phones. The kitchen area is where we take our breaks and talk about the people we’ve met that day. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just part of the job. We have a few old filing cabinets that are stuffed with papers from the last few years. We aren't a big-name agency; we are just a small foundation trying to bridge the gap for folks in Bhopal. The stairs squeak a little and the lighting isn't the best, but it’s our space and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and try to be as helpful as we can for anyone who walks through the door.
